BOOKING POLICY Cancellations A minimum of 24 business hours must be received for all changes and cancellations (the only exceptions will be where a medical certificate can be produced or a genuine emergency). If you wish to change or cancel your appointment it cannot be done via message or social media. You must speak to reception (9295 6897) in order for your change/cancellation to be effective. Please Note: Clients are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment. Clients who do not arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time (as stipulated in the confirmation and reminder messages) may lose their booking and be charged a cancellation fee. All bookings will be secured with your credit card. Please note no funds will be taken until checkout or no show.
